Zesty Corn Recipe

cooking time : 25 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 3 slices bacon

  • 1 pkg. frozen corn

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • dash pepper

  • 1 tbsp. chopped onion

Method

 

1. Cut bacon into 1'' pieces and fry until crisp. Remove bacon

2. Saute onion in 2 tbsp bacon fat until delicately browned.

3. Add frozen corn. Cover and cook until corn is thawed, stirring occasionally. Cook 5 minutes. longer

4. Add parsley and seasonings. Garnish with crumbled bacon.
