Turnip Tops Recipe

cooking time: 3 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 450 grams turnip tops, washed

  • boiling water

  • 30 grams lard (or oil)

  •  1 teaspoon salt

Method

 

1. Put turnip tops in a colander and pour boiling water to soften them.
2. Shred and quick fry for 3 minutes.
