Sweet and Sour Carrots Recipe

cooking time: 7-8 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 450 grams new carrots

  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil

  • pinch salt

  • 280 ml water

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 teaspoon corn flour

Method

 

1. Brush and rinse the carrots, cut into slanting slices. Fry in oil for 1 minute.
2. Season with salt, add half the water, cook for 4-5 minutes.
3. Combine remaining ingredients with the rest of the water, stir into the pan, , cook for 2 minutes,

   stirring constantly and serve.
