Stuffed Pimentos Recipe

Ingredients

  • 450 grams green pimentos

  • 450 grams lean pork

  • 1 dessertspoon black soy sauce

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • 1 dessertspoon brandy

  • salt

Method

 

1. Wash, core and seed the pimentos and mince the pork.

2. Pour boiling water on the beans, drain and crush them with a spoon.

3. Add garlic, soy sauce and brandy, mix with pork and season with salt.

4. Stir the mixture to ensure smoothness and stuff the pimentos with it.

5. Place in a slightly greased dish and steam for 25 - 30 minutes.
