Method
1. Slice ham and arrange on a plate. Add sugar and 3 tbsps of water. Steam for 1/2 hour and save the extract ham sauce (about half of a small bowl) into a bowl. 2. Rinse and drain Shanghai white cabbage. 3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in wok. Stir fry ginger slices until fragrant. Add Shanghai white cabbage and stir fry well. Pour in ham sauce and cook for a while. Serve.
