Special Mixed Vegetables (2) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 57 grams French beans, in 1-inch lengths

  • 57 grams cabbage. diced

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 57 grams onion, diced

  • 57 grams mushrooms, diced

  • 57 grams broccoli, in 1-inch lengths

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method

 

1. Put French beans and cabbage into fast boiling water for 3 minutes, drain and rinse under cold water tap.
2. Heat the oil.
3. Quick fry onion, cabbage and French beans.
4. Add mushrooms and broccoli, cook for 2 minutes.
5. Season with salt and serve.
