Silver Sprouts with Pork Recipe

Ingredients

  • 227 grams lean, white pork

  • 170 grams bean sprouts

  • pinch salt

  • 1 teaspoon corn flour 

  • 1 teaspoon light colored soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon lard

  • 30 grams chives, cut in 1-inch lengths

  • 2-3 tablespoons stock

Method

 

1. Cut the pork into very thin slices.
2. Wash and drain bean sprouts thoroughly.
3. Season pork with salt and sprinkle with corn flour and soy sauce.
4. Heat lard and quick fry the bean sprouts for 2 minutes. Remove.

    In the same fat fry the pork, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
5. Add bean sprouts and chives, check seasoning.
6. Add stock, cook for 2 minutes and serve.
