Method
1. Seed pumpkin. Rinse and cut into pieces. 2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in wok. Add pumpkin and stir fry well. Pour in 2 cups of water and bring to the boil. Reduce to low heat and cook with the lid covered for 20 minutes. Mix in miso. Serve.
