Pickled Radishes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 bundles radishes

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

  • pinch salt

  • pinch sugar

  • 1 dessertspoon sesame oil

Method

 

1. Wash, top and tail the radishes.
2. Make a criss-cross cut on top to make them open out.
3. Sprinkle with soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar and sesame oil.
4. Serve as a salad.
