Ingredients
2 bundles radishes
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
pinch salt
pinch sugar
1 dessertspoon sesame oil
Method
1. Wash, top and tail the radishes. 2. Make a criss-cross cut on top to make them open out. 3. Sprinkle with soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar and sesame oil. 4. Serve as a salad.
