Method
1. Wash the cabbage and break into pieces
2-inches square.
2. Heat the oil and quick fry cabbage for 3 minutes.
3. Put in a bowl, add soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and garlic.
4. Mix well and serve as a salad.
Note:
Cabbage prepared in this way will keep for several days but must be
stirred each day.
