Pickled Cabbage Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 medium-sized white cabbage

  • oil

  • 1 dessertspoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, crushed

Method

 

1. Wash the cabbage and break into pieces 2-inches square.
2. Heat the oil and quick fry cabbage for 3 minutes.
3. Put in a bowl, add soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and garlic.
4. Mix well and serve as a salad.


Note:
Cabbage prepared in this way will keep for several days but must be stirred each day.
