Ingredients

227 grams fresh mushrooms

1 packet frozen peas

salted water

1-2 tablespoons peanut oil

15 grams spring onions chopped

15 grams fresh ginger thinly sliced

280 ml chicken stock (or water with a
bouillon cube)

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon corn flour
-
pinch Ve-Tsin

57 grams oyster sauce
-
a few drops sesame oil
Method
1. Wash the mushrooms quickly without
soaking and dry on cloth.
2. Cook the peas in 2-3 tablespoons lightly salted water for 2 minutes
and drain.
3. Heat oil and fry spring onions and ginger for 1 minute. Add
mushrooms, peas, stock and soy sauce.
4. Sprinkle in corn flour and Ve-Tsin, stir to blend well and cook for
5 minutes.
5. Blend in oyster sauce, cook for 2 minutes.
6. Sprinkle with sesame oil and serve.
