1. Season pork with pepper and salt. 2. Heat oil in fry pan, fry the garlic, pork and liver. 3. Stir in the vegetable. 4. Add fish balls and vermicelli. 5. Stir in the water. When bubbling lift from heat and garnish with chopped spring onion and Chinese parsley.
