Fried Tien Sin Cabbage Recipe

Ingredients

  • 600 g cut up Tien Sin Cabbage

  • 20 fish balls

  • 4 cloves crushed garlic

  • 1/2 metric cup soaked translucent

  • 1/2 metric cup sliced liver

  • 1/2 metric cup sliced pork

  • 6 tbsp oil

  • salt

  • pepper

  • 3 tbsp light soy sauce

  • 1/2 metric cup water with 2 tsp corn flour

Method

 

1. Season pork with pepper and salt.

2. Heat oil in fry pan, fry the garlic, pork and liver.

3. Stir in the vegetable.

4. Add fish balls and vermicelli.

5. Stir in the water. When bubbling lift from heat and garnish with chopped spring onion and Chinese parsley.
