Fried Spinach Recipe

cooking time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 450 grams spinach

  • 30 grams lard (or oil)

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

  • 1 teaspoon salt
     

Method

 

1. Wash the spinach but do not tear off stalks.
2. Heat lard in a pan and fry the spinach quickly.

   (It will turn a very bright color as soon as it is put in the hot fat.)
3. Stir to ensure even cooking, allow 2 minutes cooking time, then add garlic and salt.
4. Cook fast together for 3 minutes, stirring all the time, and serve.


Variation
Semi-fried radish tops
Using young radish tops, . proceed as described above
