Fried Mixed Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 113 grams turnips, in fine strips

  • 113 grams carrots, in fine strips

  • 113 grams celery, in fine strips

  • 113 grams leeks, in fine strips

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • few drops vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Method

 

1. Heat the oil and fry all vegetables together quickly for 5 minutes.
2. Add salt and vinegar and continue quick frying for 3 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
4. Serve as a salad, dressed with sesame oil.
