Fried Beans and Celery Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 227 grams beans, sliced

  • 1 medium-sized onion, sliced

  • 57 grams celery, diced

  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

  • 140 ml water

Method

 

1. Heat the oil, add salt.
2. Fry beans and onions quickly for 1 minute.
3. Add celery and fry for 1 minute.
4. Add sugar and water, stir, cook for 2 minutes and serve.
