Method
1. Wash and drain bean sprouts as in
recipe for Braised bean sprouts (1).
2. Heat oil in pan, add salt to taste.
3. Quick fry the bean sprouts for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
4. Add stock and simmer for 2 minutes.
5. Add tomatoes and cook for 1 minute.
6. Pour in corn flour diluted with water.
7. Add sesame oil, pepper to taste, and the spring onions cut into
pieces 1 1/2
inches long.
8. Cook for 1 minute and serve.
