Ingredients
680 grams cauliflower, divided into
flowerets
570 ml water
salt
170 grams breast of chicken, minced
1 tablespoon corn flour
2 egg whites
1- 1
1/2
tablespoons lard
2 tablespoons cooked ham, finely shredded
Method
1. Bring cauliflower to the boil in
salted water, reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes and drain.
2. Put chicken into a bowl, season with salt, sprinkle with corn flour,
add 2 tablespoons
cold water and mix
well.
3. Add egg whites and whisk the mixture until light and foamy.
4. Heat lard, add chicken mixture, cook, stirring constantly, for 2
minutes.
5. Add cauliflower, cook together, stirring all the time, for 2
minutes.
6. Put on a heated serving dish, sprinkle the top with ham and serve at
once.
