Deviled Carrots Recipe

cooking time: 15 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 300 g carrots, quartered lengthwise

  • peanut oil

  • 4 tbsp. brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp dry mustard

  • 2 dashes Tabasco

  • 3/4 tsp. salt

  • pepper

Method

 

1. Saute carrots in peanut oil in large skillet for 5 minutes.

2. Stir in remaining ingredients.

3. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes or until tender.
