Method
1. Wash the pods and drain thoroughly.
2. Heat oil with salt, stir in pea pods, add boiling water.
3. Stir, cover with a lid and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Stir, cover again and cook for a further minute. Serve.
Note:
Only the tend rest of young peas are suitable for this manner of
preparation; the pods of peas which have been allowed to grow to
maturity will be too tough.
