Method
1. Cut the cabbage into 1- inch pieces, cook in a little salted boiling water for 7-8 minutes and drain thoroughly. 2. Heat oil in frying pan, add garlic, cook for 2 minutes and discard garlic. 3. Add cabbage, wine and soy sauce. Cook for 1 minute stirring all the time. 4. Add crab meat, stir and cook for 1 minute. 5. Dilute corn flour in cold water, blend into the pan, cook for 1 minute and serve.
