Method
1. Wash and cut the cabbage in 1-inch
pieces.
2. Heat lard and quick fry the cabbage with salt for 20-30 seconds,
stirring all the time.
3. Add sugar, soy sauce and water. Blend.
4. Cook for 3 minutes and serve.
