Braised Chinese Cabbage Recipe

cooking time: 3 1/2 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 113 grams turnips, in fine strips

  • 113 grams carrots, in fine strips

  • 113 grams celery, in fine strips

  • 113 grams leeks, in fine strips

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • few drops vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
     

Method

 

1. Wash and cut the cabbage in 1-inch pieces.
2. Heat lard and quick fry the cabbage with salt for 20-30 seconds, stirring all the time.
3. Add sugar, soy sauce and water. Blend.
4. Cook for 3 minutes and serve.
