Method
1. Cut cauliflower and broccoli into small florets. Rinse and soak in dilute salty water for 1 hour. Scald and drain. 2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in wok. Stir fry skinned garlic until fragrant. Pour in seasoning and bring to the boil. Add cheese slices and evaporated milk. Cook until the cheese is molten. Add cauliflower and broccoli. Cook for a while. Serve.
