Ingredients
450 grams turnips, peeled and grated
30 grams lard (or oil)
salt and pepper
280 ml water
few spring onions, chopped
Method
1. Quick fry the turnips for 3 minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste. 2. Add water, simmer for 5 minutes, sprinkle with spring onions and serve.
