Braised Marrow Recipe

cooking time : 10 minutes


Ingredients

  • 450 grams marrow

  • 1 tablespoon lard (or oil)

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 dessertspoon corn flour

  • 2 tablespoons cold water

  •  4-5 spring onions, finely chopped

Method

 

1. Peel and seed the marrow, cut into small cubes and fry until golden.
2. Season with salt, add corn flour diluted with water.
3. Simmer 7-8 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with spring onions, and serve.
