Braised Carrots Recipe

Ingredients

  • 30 grams lard

  • 450 grams carrots, scraped and sliced

  • salt

  • 570 ml water

Method

 

1. Heat lard and quick fry the carrots for 3 minutes.
2. Season with salt to taste, add water, simmer for 7 minutes and serve.
