Braised Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients

  • 450 grams broccoli

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 pinch sugar

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • 4 tablespoons water

Method

 

1. Wash, dry and cut the broccoli into 1-inch pieces.
2. Quick fry it in oil with salt for 20 seconds, stirring all the time.

3. Add sugar, soy sauce and water, mix well, simmer for 3-4 minutes and serve.
