Ingredients
450 grams bean sprouts
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon salt
pinch sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons water
Method
1. Wash and drain the bean sprouts as in recipe for Braised bean
sprouts (1).
2. Quick fry in oil with salt for 30 seconds, stirring all the time.
3. Add sugar, soy sauce and water.
4. Stir, cook for 3 minutes and serve.
