Boiled Mushrooms Recipe

cooking time : 2 hours 10  minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1 small piece garlic, crushed

  • 113 grams thick dried mushrooms

  • 57 grams ginger, crushed

  • stock

  • salt

  • few drops sesame oil

Method

 

1. Heat oil with garlic.
2. Cook garlic until it browns, then take it out of the pan, and cook the mushrooms in the same oil

   for 5 minutes.
3. Put mushrooms in a saucepan with ginger and double the amount of stock required to cover them.

    Simmer gently for 2 hours.
4. Remove ginger, add salt to taste, and sesame oil and serve.
