Beef Flavored Bean Sprouts Recipe

cooking time: 6-7 minutes

 

Ingredient

  • 227 grams beef, shredded

  • 4 tablespoons cooking oil

  • 1 sliver garlic

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon green ginger, crushed

  • 680 grams bean sprouts

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 140 ml stock (or water)

  • 3 teaspoons corn flour

  • 4 tablespoons cold water

  • 3-4 spring onions, cut in 1-inch pieces

Method

 

1. Cook the beef for 2 minutes in hot oil, with garlic, salt and ginger.
2. In the same pan toss bean sprouts, add soy sauce and stock, bring to the boil and simmer

   gently for 3 minutes.
3. Add corn flour mixed with water to sauce, sprinkle with spring onions and serve.
