Ingredient
227 grams beef, shredded
4 tablespoons cooking oil
1 sliver garlic
2 teaspoons salt
1/2
teaspoon green ginger, crushed
680 grams bean sprouts
2 tablespoons soy sauce
140 ml stock (or water)
3 teaspoons corn flour
4 tablespoons cold water
3-4 spring onions, cut in 1-inch pieces
Method
1. Cook the beef for 2 minutes in hot
oil, with garlic, salt and ginger.
2. In the same pan toss bean sprouts, add soy sauce and stock, bring to
the boil and simmer
gently for 3 minutes.
3. Add corn flour mixed with water to sauce, sprinkle with spring
onions and serve.
