Bean Curd Recipe

Ingredients

  • 450 grams bean curd

  • 57 grams lard (or oil)

  • 113 grams fresh mushrooms

  • few spring onions, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon corn flour

  • 2 tablespoons cold water

  • 1 dessertspoon soy sauce

Method

 

1. Cut bean curd into oblong pieces and put into boiling lard to brown both sides.
2. Add mushrooms and spring onions.
3. Stir gently to avoid breaking up the bean curd.
4. Add corn flour diluted with water.
5. Season with soy sauce and serve.
