Bean Curd with Fresh Shrimps Recipe

Ingredients

  • 227 grams bean curd

  • 3-4 tablespoons peanut oil

  • 113 grams fresh shrimps, peeled and diced

  • few spring onions, chopped

  • 113 grams shelled peas

  • 57 grams fresh mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon sherry

  • 1 dessertspoon soy sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Method

 

1. Cut the bean curd into oblong pieces, put them in a frying basket.

2. Dip into boiling water for 10 seconds. Drain.

3. Heat oil to boiling point, throw in the diced shrimps, cook for 10 seconds.

4. Add bean curd and spring onions. Cook together for 1 minute.

5. Add peas and mushrooms. Cook for 1 minute.

6. Add sherry, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Turn off heat. Stir gently and serve.
