Bamboo Shoots with Soy Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 227 grams bamboo shoots, sliced

  • oil for deep frying

  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 3 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 tablespoon corn flour

  • 140 ml water

Method

 

1. Deep fry the bamboo shoots lightly and drain.
2. Reheat in a shallow pan, add soy sauce and mix well.
3. Add a mixture of sugar, corn flour and water.
4. Blend in, simmer for 3 minutes and serve.
