Asparagus Tips Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 2 tablespoons chicken stock

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 1 tablespoon sherry

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon corn flour

  • 450 grams asparagus tips, cooked

Method

 

1. Heat pan, add oil, stock, water, sherry, soy sauce and corn flour, stirring constantly until the

   mixture boils.

2. Drain the cooked asparagus tips ( canned asparagus can be used).

3. Add to the pan, heat thoroughly and serve.
