Watercress Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch watercress

  • 1.14 litter water

  • 227 grams lean beef, finely shredded

  • 2 slices green ginger

  • 2 pieces dried tangerine peel

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 dessertspoon light

  • soy sauce

Method

 

1. Clean and cut watercress into 11-inch lengths.
2. Bring water to boil and add all ingredients.
3. Cook for 10 minutes, then serve.
