Water Lily Soup Recipe

cooking time: 30 minutes


Ingredients

  • 6 dried oysters

  • 8 pieces dried water lily roots (or 170 grams canned)

  • 113 grams pork

  • 1.5 litter water

  • 1 dessertspoon soy sauce

  • few spring onions, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method

 

1. Soak oysters in warm water and clean.

2. Soak lily roots (unnecessary if canned lily roots are used) and cut into halves.

3. Cut pork into very thin slices.

4. Place all ingredients, expect spring onions to boil and simmer until lily roots are tender.

5. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
