Steak and Beetroot Soup Recipe

Ingredients

 

  • 227 grams steak

  • 1.14 litter water

  • salt

  • 2 slices green ginger

  • 2 pieces tangerine peel

  • 2 large beetroots

  • 1 dessertspoon light

  • soy sauce

Method

 

1. Cut the steak into small strips.
2. Bring water to the boil, add salt to taste, ginger, tangerine peel and steak.
3. Simmer gently for 15 minutes.
4. Cut beetroot into small slices, add to the stock and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Add soy sauce and serve.
