Method
1. Cut the steak into small strips.
2. Bring water to the boil, add salt to taste, ginger, tangerine peel
and steak.
3. Simmer gently for 15 minutes.
4. Cut beetroot into small slices, add to the stock and cook for 10
minutes.
5. Add soy sauce and serve.
