Spinach Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 900 grams fresh spinach (or 1 large packet frozen spinach)

  • 110 grams pork

  • 110 litter hot water

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 dessertspoon light soy sauce

Method

 

1. Pick over spinach, wash and cut into small pieces.
2. Cut pork finely.
3. Bring water to boil and add pork and salt.
4. Simmer gently for 5 minutes. Add spinach and cook for 6-7 minutes. Serve with soy sauce
