Soup with Chicken and Fried Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 170 grams breast of chicken

  • 28 grams mushrooms

  • 28 grams bamboo shoots

  • 1 round fried noodles

  • boiling water

  • hot chicken stock

  • salt and pepper

  • little sesame oil

  • 28 grams spring onions, chopped

Method

 

1. Slice chicken, mushrooms and bamboo shoots finely.
2. Place noodles in pan of boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and put in serving bowl.
3. Place chicken, mushrooms and bamboo shoots in a pan.
4. Add double the amount of stock required to cover the ingredients, and cook for 3 minutes.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste and pour over the noodles.
6. Sprinkle with a few drops of sesame oil and the spring onions and serve.
