Method
1. Slice chicken, mushrooms and bamboo
shoots finely.
2. Place noodles in pan of boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and
put in serving bowl.
3. Place chicken, mushrooms and bamboo shoots in a pan.
4. Add double the amount of stock required to cover the ingredients,
and cook for 3 minutes.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste and pour over the noodles.
6. Sprinkle with a few drops of sesame oil and the spring onions and
serve.
