Sole and Noodle Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 sole (700 grams )

  • 1.7 litter water

  • 42 grams preserved parsnips

  • 15 grams fresh ginger

  • 42 grams corn noodles

  • 1 teaspoon corn flour

  • few drops sesame oil

  • few drops soy sauce

  • salt and pepper

Method

 

1. Fillet fish, put the bones in water, add parsnips, shrimps and ginger and cook for 1 hour.
2. Strain and add noodles to the soup. Cook for 12 minutes.
3. Mix corn flour with 3 litter water and a few drops sesame oil.
4. Cut fish into fine slices, dip in corn flour and water, add to soup and cook for 3 minutes.
5. Add a few more drops sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste and serve.
