Method
1. Fillet fish, put the bones in water,
add parsnips, shrimps and ginger and cook for 1 hour.
2. Strain and add noodles to the soup. Cook for 12 minutes.
3. Mix corn flour with 3 litter water and a few drops sesame oil.
4. Cut fish into fine slices, dip in corn flour and water, add to soup
and cook for 3 minutes.
5. Add a few more drops sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste
and serve.
