Shrimps Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 340 grams raw shrimps, peeled

  • 113 grams rice

  • cold water

  • salt

  • 1 small lettuce, shredded

Method

 

1. Chop the shrimps.
2. Wash rice and boil in water.
3. Simmer until rice softens and makes a thick soup, then add shrimps and salt to taste.
4. Simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with lettuce and serve.
