Scallop and Radish Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 170 grams plump scallops

  • large bunch (24) radishes

  • 1.14 litter water

  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
     

Method

 

1. Wash and trim scallops and cut into 2-3 round slices.
2. Peel the radishes but do not slice.
3. Put scallops and radishes into a pan with water, bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer

    on low heat for 15 minutes.
4. Add salt and simmer for 1/2 hour.
