Ingredients
170 grams lean pork, cut in thin slices
2 teaspoons corn flour
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Chinese wine (or sherry)
1 teaspoon salt
3-4 scallops
1.7 litter water
Method
1. Sprinkle pork with corn flour, soy sauce, wine and half the salt. 2. Wash scallops in running water, trim off tough edges and cut each scallop into 3-4 round slices.
