227 grams Chinese cabbage (or Savoy cabbage) shredded
Method
1. Slice pork and giblets finely and, put
with ginger and a little salt in water.
2. Simmer for 45 minutes.
3. Add Ve-Tsin and shrimps, bring to the boil, add cabbage and boil for
5 minutes.
4. Season to taste and serve.
