Pork and Shrimps Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 227 grams lean pork

  • 113 grams giblets

  • 1 knob green ginger

  • salt

  • 1.4 litter water

  • 1/2 teaspoon Ve-Tsin

  • 113 grams shrimps, peeled cooked

  • 227 grams Chinese cabbage (or Savoy cabbage) shredded

Method

 

1. Slice pork and giblets finely and, put with ginger and a little salt in water.
2. Simmer for 45 minutes.
3. Add Ve-Tsin and shrimps, bring to the boil, add cabbage and boil for 5 minutes.
4. Season to taste and serve.
