Pork and Mushroom Soup Recipe

cooking time: 7-8 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 57 grams lean pork

  • 1 teaspoon corn flour

  • 2 tablespoons cold water

  • 57 grams fresh mushrooms (or dried mushrooms), sliced

  • 710 ml stock (or water)

  • 3 spring onions

  • 1 dessertspoon light

  • soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon lard

Method

 

1. Slice meat finely and mix with corn flour and water.
2. Bring mushrooms to boil in stock.
3. Add meat and other ingredients and stir gently.
4. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve.


Note:
When dried mushrooms are used, they should be soaked in warm water before cooking
