Method
1. Heat oil in saucepan and when hot add water and bring to boil.
2. Shred pork into short strips and add to water.
3. Add salt, simmer for 5 minutes and remove pan from heat.
4. Add eggs, sprinkle with spring onions, season with soy sauce, and
serve at once.
