Plain Egg Soup Recipe

cooking time 10-15 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon peanut oil

  • 1.14 litter water

  • 113 grams pork

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 eggs, well-beaten

  • small bunch spring onions, chopped

  • 1 dessertspoon light soy sauce

Method

1. Heat oil in saucepan and when hot add water and bring to boil.
2. Shred pork into short strips and add to water.
3. Add salt, simmer for 5 minutes and remove pan from heat.
4. Add eggs, sprinkle with spring onions, season with soy sauce, and serve at once.
