Pastry for Noodles and Patties (Wun Tun)  Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 450 grams plain flour water

  • 2 eggs

  • water

Method

 

1. Mix flour and eggs together and add enough water to make pliable dough.
2. Roll out paper thin.
3. For the patties, cut pastry into pieces 2-inches square.

   For the noodles, fold over 6-8 times, dusting the layers with plain flour, and cut into strips 8-inch wide.


Note:
Both noodles and ready made patties, called Wun Tun, are obtainable in shops.
