Mushroom and Green Pea Soup Recipe

cooking time:15-18 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 6 small, dried Chinese mushrooms

  • 230 grams fresh garden peas

  • 110 grams  pork

  • 1.7 litter water

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 dessertspoon light soy sauce

Method

 

1. Soak mushrooms in warm water until soft, then dice.
2. Shell peas and cut pork into thin strips.
3. Bring water to the boil, add mushrooms and salt.
4. Simmer for 10 minutes, add pork and peas, and cook with the lid off until peas are done.  
5. Add soy sauce and serve at once.
