Liver Soup

cooking time: 5 minutes


Ingredients

  • 85 grams liver

  • 1.4 litter stock (or water)

  • 1 teaspoon corn flour

  • 2 tablespoons cold water

  • 113 grams spinach (or small sauce packet of frozen spinach)

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 dessertspoon soy sauce

Method

 

I Cut the liver into slices.
2 Mix corn flour with water and coat the liver.
3 Wash spinach, unless frozen spinach is used.
4 Bring stock to boil with sesame oil and soy sauce.
5 Add spinach, cook for 2 minutes.
6 Add liver, cook for another 3 minutes and serve.
