Method
1. Cut pork into thin slices and shred
lettuce.
2. Boil pork and ginger in water for 25 minutes.
3. Add Ve-Tsin, brandy and lettuce.
4. Boil fast for 5 minutes with the lid off, add eggs, salt to taste
and serve.
