Lettuce and Egg Soup Recipe

cooking time: 35-40 minutes


Ingredients

  • 230 grams lean pork

  • 1 small lettuce

  • 1 teaspoon brandy

  • small knob green ginger

  • 2 eggs, well-beaten

  • salt

  • 1.5 litter water

  • 1/4 teaspoon Ve-Tsin

Method

 

1. Cut pork into thin slices and shred lettuce.
2. Boil pork and ginger in water for 25 minutes.
3. Add Ve-Tsin, brandy and lettuce.
4. Boil fast for 5 minutes with the lid off, add eggs, salt to taste and serve.
