Method
1. Slice giblets and pork into thin
pieces and shred cabbage.
2. Bring water to the boil, add pork, giblets and salt.
3. Simmer gently for 10 minutes, add cabbage.
4. Cook for 3 minutes, add soy sauce and serve.
Variation
Giblet and Chinese mushroom soup
As above, adding at the same time as pork and giblets 8-12 small dried
Chinese mushrooms, having previously soaked them in hot water until
soft, and drained them.
